The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (PHP) 100. ud888 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may levy its own charges, for which ud888 accepts no responsibility. Deposits are credited to your ud888 account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment processor. ud888 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
ud888 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Cross-withdrawals — i.e., withdrawals to a different payment instrument from that used for deposit — are subject to additional verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200.
ud888 targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are targeted for processing within one to three (1–3) hours. These timeframes are operational targets and not contractual guarantees; actual processing times may be affected by third-party payment system conditions outside ud888's control.

Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements may not be withdrawn and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
